Business Bureau of Central Florida:
"Dear Sirs:
I would like for you to add to your file on the Artesian Pools
726 So. Nova Road, Daytona Beach, FL statement of commendation
and appreciation of their service and repair of a leak in my pool
which they had installed March 25, 1983. The warranty time had
long since expired and I had contacted another repair service
which shut off the pool, found the leak but never came back to
do the repair work.
In desperation I called Mr. Lanoy
and he sent a repair man to "check out" the problem
with-in the week and subsequently ordered it repaired by his crew
for a very minimal charge.
In these days of the "rip-off" and
lack of fulfillment of guarantees, etc. I felt that a special note
of thanks and appreciation should be given to a Company which more
than gave of their time and effort to assist one of their customers."
