We are sending you this unsolicited letter to inform you of the wonderful experience we had with Artesian Pools. With all the horror stories that one hears about purchasing and building a pool, we are delighted that we chose Artesian and we'll tell you why.

Our first contact with with Neal Piper who completely and professionally explained the entire process to us and assisted in expertly designing the layout that we were looking for. Neal spent his time with us answering questions and making suggestions. At the same time, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Very impressive in a high pressure business.

At every step of the way, different trades people would arrive to complete their stage of construction. I would guess that during the 3 months of work at least 40 different workers were on site and, without exception, each and every one was proficient, courteous, reliable and neat. The job site was cleaned up every day.

We would like to thank Neal Piper, Charlie Thurston and all the off and on-site supervisors who were always on top of their game, maintaining a "can do attitude" at all times.

In the end, Artesian exceeded all our expectations. Our pool is truly beautiful and unique!"
